Burnout to Balance: Achieving Harmony in High-Stakes Careers
Session Summary: In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure world, women in leadership roles often find themselves juggling multiple demands—striving for career success while neglecting their own well-being. This can lead to burnout, stress, and a loss of work-life balance. Burnout to Balance: Achieving Harmony in High-Stakes Careers is a practical, results-oriented session designed to help participants navigate these challenges without sacrificing their mental health, happiness, or career satisfaction.
This session will offer actionable tools and strategies for recognizing and preventing burnout, fostering resilience, and creating sustainable work-life balance. Attendees will discover effective strategies for integrating healthy habits into their professional lives while building resilience in the face of high-pressure situations. The session will also explore the art of strategic delegation and outsourcing—helping participants identify low-value tasks both at work and in their personal lives, and outsourcing them to free up time for what truly matters.
