We spent our session learning from Harriet's life experiences and how she responded mindfully to certain situations. We were introduced to common signs of burnout, and that Mindfulness isn't always about being happy; it is about feeling in the moment and being authentic. We spent a bulk of our session engaging in a breathing exercise.

We learned that there are many forms of negotiation that we are engaging in every day that we may not even be aware of.
